Processing Time

As our baskets are custom curated and assembled by hand, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and packaging before your order is shipped or ready for pickup/delivery.

We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, and many orders may be ready sooner depending on order volume and product availability.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery carriers across Canada. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area for select postal codes. Delivery timelines and fees will be shown at checkout where applicable.

If you require a specific delivery date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
