Hi, I’m Cieran, a 24-year-old based in Toronto. After recently making the move from the UK, I was struck by something immediately: the pride people here have in Ontario.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed into the culture rather than like an outsider. Whether it was cheering on the Blue Jays, following Canada at the Olympics, or spending weekends exploring Ossington and meeting brilliant local vendors, it didn’t take long to feel part of something special.

As I settled in, I discovered just how many outstanding Ontario businesses there are, from Muskoka to Prince Edward County to Barrie. Each one reflects the craftsmanship, quality, and community that define this province.

That’s what inspired me to create Purely Ontario: curated gift baskets built exclusively around 100% Ontario-made products. The goal is simple, to celebrate local businesses, elevate their visibility, and capture the pride we all share in Ontario.
